Hello, I ordered an item 2 month ago I didn't get it yet.. The tracking no. Is RG026250853CN. What should I do? Or who should I talk to? Thank you

RG026250853CN was delivered on Sep 2. If you have not got it, you should contact Kuwait Post and ask who received the goods. Kuwait Post is responsible for delivery of china post parcel in your country.
