Hi,
Your latest tracking information is Jul 06, 2016 01:23 am Leaving parcel center【北京航站】 Sent to airline China Post.
I beg to differ from the above statement. Why? you may refer to my posts here http://track-chinapost.com/?page_id=242/china-post-forum-group1/china-post-discussion-forum14/new-update-on-problems-with-shipments-via-guangzhou-thread14999.0#postid-64021and here http://track-chinapost.com/?page_id=242/china-post-forum-group1/china-post-discussion-forum14/follow-up-on-problems-with-shipments-via-guangzhou-thread14988.0#postid-64008 and here http://track-chinapost.com/?page_id=242/china-post-forum-group1/china-post-discussion-forum14/problems-with-shipments-via-guangzhou-thread14806.
Although these posts mainly discusses on the Guangzhou situation, but lately I have seen some cases on significant delays involving other exit centers (or airports) as well i.e. Suzhou.
So unless and if the status reads "Departed origin country" I would not consider my shipment as being okay of safe. Hence, my stance is always be safe rather than sorry.
On the ETA, I believe I am the only one here who is trying to tell the truth. I can provide hard evidences as well on these significant delays of shipments involving other exit points in China. These not only involved shipments to my country, but many other countries as well. As such, I strongly believe this situation has become a new normal involving shipments getting out of China and not a distinct case.
Hence, as always, I want to reiterate that the ETA to all countries should be significantly revised upwards by 2 - 4 weeks (add this to the original ETA to your country (which are reported/given) after the shipment has finally made it out of China - the date). In essence, the ETA that is being referred to most here are as good as outdated and can safely be regarded as history.
As for now, my advise is for you to keep on tracking your shipment until you have safely receive it. But before that do not let your gut down and never assume that your shipment is okay.
P/S: I am a neutral party here. I am a heavy user of China Post. In most instances, I am not here to monitor others' shipments. Rather, I would prefer be someone who give wise advise to other users (mostly buyers) so that they are aware and become alert on situations surrounding the exit points in China currently.
