Hi.

What should I do to China post office change a receiver name of a package in China post office system? It should be shipped to Maira's company name, but was shipped to Fabio's name. The name should be changed, so Brazil customs will clear the package because it is a commercial order. It is very urgent.

you can not change the name after the parcel is shipped.

China Post can not locate the parcel from thousands of parcels and change the name. In addition, it is illegal to change name and address in the parcel when it is on the way.The person who made the mistake should be responsible for the lost or return of the parcel.
