hi
my item have the same information since 11 october which is "departure from china"
does it mean the item still waiting in line or already ship by airplane?
is it normal for this long?
i'm worried it lost or send back to the seller
the item itself only casing for a laptop

no. Departure means depart from China Post warehouse and given to airline. Airline may hold or even reject parcels because of airline space limited or parcel has security issue(i.e, parcel has battery inside)
