Buy a product at Aliexpress.com the 13/09/2013 and still have not received anything. The seller tells me that the product has been returned to China to contain electrical parts.

You can contact Aliexpress and ask refund for non-receipt asap.

Does this restriction is only for China Post Air Mail or shipping all means available?
If the product is shipped by Singapore Post will be blocked?

only China Post is affected by this restriction, especially Beijing,Wuhan and Fujian airports.
