On tracking today i saw it has arrived Nigeria but they commented Unsuccessful delivery. Where can i get the parcel? I actually wrote a delivery address when ordering. Expecting your response soon.

the parcel RB706482588CN was in unsuccessful delivery status which means it will be returned to the shipper in China. Your address might be wrong or your are not at home when your local post office tried to deliver the item to you.

dear admin,
This is very wrong. I used my office address and i had my phone number was on my delivery address. I was not called.Please how do i reach them so that they dont return the parcel to China. This is my first time ordering from China and do not have previous experience. Please what do i do.

please try to call your local post office with this tracking number. if you are lucky, and they has not returned the parcel. you might pickup the parcel from your local post office by yourself.

Many thanks Admin. I was able to pick it up some hours ago at the post office. I was called that i had a parcel. Thanks for your prompt response to complaints.
