Can you please check the status of my item RB602543258CN and tell me why delivery takes so long time?
And what does "Departured" status mean, because it is repeated for a few times?

RB602543258CN was returned by Crotia Post on Oct 4th. it is now in China Post Nanjing office.

But according to Croatia Post tracking system, it never reaches Croatia :(
So, what will happen now? Will it be re-send?
