Hi. I bought shoes in Chinese online site and I've been waiting for more than 2 months. It's looks stacking at Airport in China. Is it usual? Does anyone know how can I push them?

The parcel left Guangzhou airport for Australia on Jun 28. No further information comes from Australia Post. If you have not got the parcel yet, you should contact Australia Post to get delivery information or contact your shipper to ship you replacement. China Post will not responsible for parcel lost in Australia.

I checked china post tracking and it's say "Waiting for transit airline Space". Does it mean item still at Airport, doesn't it? Australia post said it didn't arrive yet. So the item should be at airport still... The seller doesn't accept replacement.

it means your parcel has passed customs clearance. it might have catched the flight to Australia,might be still waiting in airport warehouse.

So it's still stuck in airport warehouse and how can I push china post? it's in more than 2months..

the only way is to ask your shipper claim China Post for compensation.
