i order this item in July. i got a gift for this item. that site dispatch the item as a split dispatch. gift came separately and ordered item came separately. gift arrived to srilanka and i got it. but my ordered item did not arrive to srilanka. when i track my order it show it deliver to srilanka. but after one month that site message me, your parcel is return back to us.

so what is wrong with that. our local post office told me, that item did not come to the srilanka. shipping people did not tell reason about return parcel.

can you tell me what happen for my parcel. why it return to them????

no. shipping company told me that parcel return to them. then they refund me. but refund is unfair. my gift parcel is arrive to srilanka. ordered item parcel had same address. but it does not come to the srilanka.

i want know why it did not arrive to srilanka. why it redirect to shanghai airport???do you have any idea about that?
