Post problem with my parcel

First of all , thanks for your advice. The seller promised resend my order once again. What to do : must i open dispute for refund or agree with his suggestion. I think to wait for the item but don't know is his action legal or no. What will be the order number in this case as i shell not have pay again for it . thanks for advance 😕

My suggestion is ask the seller for a refund and then re-order the item after the new year when the post is less busy.
