Hi,
my shipment from china n : RF015489925CN has arrived my country(united arab emirates ) without zip code and i could not collect the order and post office will return it to the sender , can the sender update postal code from china before returning to china :( ?

but post office here told me that seller can do it!!

as far as I know, none can do it. If you want to try, you can ask seller. but I 100% sure the answer is NO.
