My package CE501666686DE has arrived Kunming since 10/29, but no update from then. Can you please provide some details? When should I expect the delivery? Your help will be appreciated!

CE501666686DE is still in Kunming customs waiting for customs clearance and duty payment.

The delay might be caused by one(or maybe both ) of following reasons:
1)Shipper forgot to print receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel, thus receiver can't get text message passcode from China Post to do online customs clearance. In this case, receiver needs to call 11185 and China Post will guide receiver to make customs clearance in person.

2)Receiver does not want to make customs clearance and accept the goods. This often happens when the parcel is a return for refund. In this case, you can't do anything. The parcel will be returned to shipper's country after a couple of weeks stuck in China.
