I made a purchase on eBay on February 21 andI still haven't received my order yet. The details of my order is shown below:

Timing Site Status
2015-02-26 13:27:00 ZHANGZHOU Posting
2015-02-26 13:40:51 ZHANGZHOU Despatch from Sorting Center
2015-02-26 19:14:06 ZHANGZHOU Arrival at Sorting Center
2015-02-26 20:30:29 ZHANGZHOU Despatch from Sorting Center
2015-02-27 14:17:24 XIAMEN Arrival at Sorting Center
2015-02-27 15:04:11 XIAMEN Despatch from Sorting Center

This has been the same status since February 27 and no one can give me any further information...not even the seller.

Can someone please help me understand this and also provide a contact number for Xiamen?

wait one more weeks, if it does not reach your country, you need open dispute to ebay.
