I am new to buying from China and I ordered from Aliexpress. I was given LN749545767CN as a tracking number but cannot locate the package anywhere. Will someone help me understand how it works? I know people are scammed all the time and it's been alomst two weeks since I've ordered. Thank you.

LN749545767CN is fake number. seller did not ship the goods.
