the order was made at 26 octomber and shipped 6-7 days later

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RI706753524CN is invalid number. you are scammed. open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal asap.

I agreed this is valid number. I am also check that web site. Make inquiry on head office they suggest you where is the fault to deliver the product.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php can only verify the number format is correct or not, but it does not tell you if this number is really shipped or not shipped.

If http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid , it means your seller did not ship goods even if the number is in correct china post tracking number format.
