Post Parcel stuck at customs.

Hello, I recently had a Chinese friend fill out the declaration forum for my parcel (RS041724255DE), is there anything else I need to do before the package is delivered? Or am I just supposed to wait now? If so how long until I receive it, I am living china in a week.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RS041724255DE shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou on Oct 29. Normally it should be delivered within 1 week, it must have some delivery problem.

If you are in China, you need call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
