Hi, I sent a parcel from Singapore to Hebei on 10 Nov and the tracking shows it has been in Beijing since 14 Nov. Had a Friend to help call EMS and was told that the parcel was on route to "Shi Jia Shi" but was re-routed back to Beijing. Is there something wrong?

1. It's very hard to tell you anything since you did not provide a tracking number.

2. Maybe ask you friend to call back EMS and ask them the question.

2. I have notice on the map that Hebei Chinese province is not to far from Shijiazhuang City. So maybe the only flight available for to parcel to go From
Beijing was Shijiazhuang City.

3. Because you can notice as me that the parcel is in transit in China. Maybe the best thing is wait and see for more tracking to be done to the parcel.
