hey my parcel has been shipped at the 25th. november, but still hasnt arrived, i called my local post office and it is not even in germany (thats what they said is it true?)

I used China post for years and all my packages arrived to my home country Jamaica, but I sent 3 packages, on in October 2014 and 2 in November 2014. Now it's the end of January 2015 and they did not arrive. When I tracked online; they said did not leave China. But I no longer live in China to go to China Post to check. The post office in Jamaica says they don't know where the packages are. Please help, these are the 3 tracking numbers;
CP263800348CN, CP263800405CN and CP263800365CN. How can I get them to Jamaica?

Hanks for your reply but actually even now I am back at the post office in Jamaica, and they say they have no record of the 2 packages arriving to Jamaica, when they track the numbers, says they left Shanghai, went to Beijing and went back to Shanghai. Tracking doesn't say they came to Jamaica at all. About the other one, I heard its at post office in shanghai and if I send my friend to get it, I can send picture with my passport information, can he collect it for me and try to re-send to Jamaica? Also is there a contact phone number for the China post on jianguo lu? I cannot find any phone number for some customer care representative from China post.
