Hi There I have two parcels purchased from Ali Express. Parcels have the following tracking messages

RM660562279CN

2015-12-27 13:01 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly
2015-12-27 12:40 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open
2015-12-22 16:47 Zhengzhou Exchange Bureau, have been exported to each other (internal transit)
2015-12-22 16:38 Zhengzhou Exchange Bureau, have been exported to open
2015-12-21 18:32 Zhengzhou billing Center, left, and the next stop "Zhengzhou express"
2015-12-21 13:53 Zhengzhou billing Center
2015-12-21 13:51 Zhengzhou billing Center, has received send

RF133247937CN

2015-12-27 12:49 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly
2015-12-27 09:11 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open

Can you please tell me what this means, has my parcel been shipped already?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left beijing on Dec 18. normally it will keep traveling another 2 to 5 weeks outside china before arriving your country. you can not know exact location at this moment(none scan the parcel anymore).

Hi There when I track on china post both parcels are showing the following:

Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

Does this mean the parcel has left china?

It is still in China. very possible to be lost.

it might be delayed by rush season. wait one more week, if you can not get it after new year holiday, you need to open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel.
