I have two tracking numbers that are not updating. I’d like to know where they are and what I should do about them. I have a second order that I placed with the same company on the same day that is scheduled to for delivery on 6/6/2020. I don’t understand how one package has made it to me while my other one is just sitting there. Here are the two that I’m having trouble with

LY137339700CN and LS331362802CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcel numbers have No shipping record. Your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.

Thank you very much! The first tracking number was sent to me on 4/11/2020. I filed the first part of a dispute with Paypal on 5/28/2020 and the company sent me the second tracking number the very next day. I assume In response To the dispute I filed against them. But I will go a head and pushy dispute up to a claim so PayPal can step in and take over! Thank you so much for your help!
