Post Package to Nanjing is Stuck

Dear China Post Volunteer,

I sent a parcel to Nanjing, and my status has not changed since January 8th at 2:02 PM. I only put the English address on there, because I did not have room for the Chinese address. Since it has now been a month since the tracking status has changed-- I am concerned about the status of my parcel. The china post tracking says "import customs scan" and "import security scan" on Jan. 8th-- but nothing more.

Could you tell me what I should do? My tracking number is LC281102983US.

English only address is usually a problem. Ask the receiver to call China Post for further instructions.

Would he be able to pick the parcel up from China Post?

the parcel is in China Post Nanjing office, ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the goods.
