Hi have this package not moving last show release from customs not moving 4 days now where any update where package is now EV816478400CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=EV816478400CN shows the parcel was shipped on Nov 13. Now is rush season, EMS parcel will take 2 to 4 weeks to reach South Africa. You need wait some more time.
