Hi, I have a package (tracking number CP298453710CN) that shows "Arrival at Delivery Point" at Guangzhou City 体育DōngLùYóuZhèngJú but it was being sent to the USA. I sent 3 other packages on the same day and all of those made it to their destinations already. Can someone help me? I went to China Post and the lady told me my package was in the USA already but I have tracked it on 3 different websites and it shows it to be at the same location in Guangzhou since Nov. 17th. Any recommendations on anything that I can do? Just sit here and be frustrated that my package is sitting somewhere in the same city I mailed it from...
