Tracking number. LY808451201CN. My package I ordered from a business in China and shipping to USA has been in customs for a month!!! What is going on???

LY808451201CN should be seriously delayed in Qingdao. I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get new status by next weekend, you should open dispute to aliexpress/paypal for lost parcel.
