edit* everything is good now, the mail service I used did take the care of the clearance

My package was not picked up in China so it was sent back to me.
But now the mail service I used to send the package contacted me telling they got this message:

"The mail has been detained according to our national law. Please inform addressee go for clearance. Tel: 020-12360. Address: Guangzhou Air Mail Processing Center, No.13 North Exit of Guangzhou New Baiyun Airport."

How do I make the customs clearance?

Customs will call you or send you mail through post where to pick up they will ask to open it and show the receipt then charge you tax and handling fee all together around 25 % of the receipt price . If your tracking update says waiting custom clearance don't worry it will take up 5 days to clear worst case a week but then the packet will come sane day of clearance usually. This is on my experience or if the status say left guangzhou expect to wait 30 days

Yes I do know that progress, but im not sure do I have to do the clearance myself because that package is still in China
