Hello ! i have a problem.
The 07.12 the seller shipped me a package.
on 20.12 it is not possible to track on every site.
the seller said that
the parcel in normal transit, due to a system problem has not been updated logistics information, parcel logistics company after arrival transfer station will be updated logistics information.

What can i do? do i have to open a dispute?
