Hello,

I ordered shoes, and paid also extra for express delivery and tried the hotline without success. Nobody speaks there english. I dont know what to do.

The Tracking number is LZ955447509CN could someone help me?

Or check whats wrong?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ955447509CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post office to Vienna on Oct 21. Normally it will take 7 to 20 days for the parcel to catch flight to Europe and pass Austria customs clearance.

After Austria Post get the parcel from customs, Austria Post website will show its new status with local location.
