Post No parcel after 1 month

Please can you help. I have ordered a watch and I was told 7-10 days to receive it. There have been no other updates apart from the last one on the 27th October stating despatched. My reference number is LX203718269CN. Please help

1. I have not seen more tracking for your parcel except this statement:
2016-10-27 00:29
Guangzhou, from Guangzhou to Hong Kong

2. So I can suspect the parcel was going to Hong Hong then possibly to UK.

3. You have two choices, since it's been over 20 working days that your parcel departed China and did not arrive, you could open a dispute to get your money back.

4. Or you could contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Provide him with the tracking you have and ask him to call China Post EMS to find out what is happening to your parcel.

Thanks. That is what I have done. I have contacted the seller many times but I have not had a response. Thanks for getting back to me
