http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left Shanghai on Nov 30. Based on my last year experience, you should get the goods by end of Dec.

you can not expedite the delivery time after the parcel is shipped. now is rush season, normally it will take about 4 to 6 weeks to reach your country. If your seller made such misleading 20-day-arrival promise, you should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund for cheating and misleading shipment information.

it is airmail. However, most of the time the parcel is in sorting centers and customs of different airports and countries, waiting for processing. the time in the airplane is only a small portion of the whole trip.

As too many parcels waiting for processing in rush season, the sorting and customs clearance might take 4 to 6 weeks to complete.

Track it in Malaysia Post website. It will tell you if your parcel has arrived Malaysia or not.
