Hello, it's me again! Last week, I posted about my package (LF438893710CN) getting a 【杭州】退回,备注(48) alert, but it moved to another city. Now it's in Shanghai and【上海互换局】退回，备注：48 showed up again. The updates are only showing up on 17track. Should I just open dispute over it? My costumer protection is expiring in 3 days.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LF438893710CN shows the parcel was rejected. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute asap.
