but parcel not received yet..
tracking system show arrived in india 22-9-2018.
but not received parcel
where i contact for this parcel??

LP00109912336521 is not from China Post. it is a cheap service from a private shipping company. Normally if you can not get it in 60 days, it should be lost. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
