Hi i am curious to why my parcel has not arrived the tracking on china ems tracking shows it left parcel centre on the 31st of december to AUMELA and nothing since. the tracking is LX243551920CN . I've had no help from seller and your my last chance of finding out what is going on as they just keep saying wait. Never has a parcel taken so long from china before to australia usually only takes a couple weeks. clearly it is no longer tracking since December the 31st day after it was posted. Tracking number LX243551920CN site i was given to track on http://track.track-chinapost.com/LX243551920CN . please help. also when i track it on this site it does not even come up. very confused. why has it not moved?

the parcel left China for Australia on Dec 31. It should be in Australia Post system. You can call Australia Post and see if they can locate the parcel, if not, the parcel should be lost.

I've spoken to australia post it never arrived in australia and is lost on your end.
