It's been 3 months since my friend and mother sent two packages from the US to China. It keeps saying that it is still in Hangzhou and has been there since the end of October. I live in Quzhou but if there is anyway I can retrieve these packages by going or calling I would really appreciate the help. Because it is still showing up in the system I am not giving up on my packages. šŸ˜

if you can find someone speak chinese, call china post hot line 11185, they might help you to locate the parcel.
