Gentlemen,
My shipment stuck since 19/2/2015, tracking No. RD529192141CN
My local post said it was shipped to my location at 19/2/2015 but not received yet!
Is this normal?

RD529192141CN should have problem in customs. you need to open dispute and claim refund asap.

Gentlemen,
Thanks for your attention,
Regarding order RD529192141CN I opened a dispute but the seller said he made a contact with china post and he got a confirmation that the problem is solved and the parcel is leaving chine now and i will get it soon.
Could you please confirm that, i have to decide to close the dispute or keep it.

Gentlemen,
Aliexpress refused to refund me because the status of shipping is ( transit ) could you please change the status?

status can not be changed. you can escalate the dispute if you do not get the parcel after 60 days of payment.

Thanks for your reply,
Unfortunately aliexpress itself said that, I did escalate.
I have opened the deal at 6-2-2015 but aliexpress said i have to wait until 2-5-2015 and they did not say they will refund me at that date also.
