I made 2 purchases and cannot locate either, Both was made in October! LY940050469CN has been on transit for weeks and LY939223343CN tracking numbers does not work. Can someone please help me locate my items or is it best to cancel this order and try to request a refund?

LY940050469CN was only shipped on Nov 10; USPS says to expect delivery by this coming Saturday.

LY939223343CN hasn't even been sent yet. I would open a dispute and on that one and get your money back.
