Where is the package sent to when it arrives in the US? USPS, UPS or Fedex?

My order was accidently sent to my neighbor instead & they assured me they would send it over to me when it arrived but they never did so I checked the tracking info & it says it was delivered way back on Oct 8 so I know my neighbors were lying when I went over there the other day to ask if it had been delivered yet. I wanted to see if someone signed for it and if it was just put in their mailbox or if Fedex or UPS delivered it

the parcel was delivered by USPS. You should contact USPS and find out who signed the parcel.
