Hi I ordered something 14th Nov I got tracking few days after, I've been tracking it up until 10 days ago when it said leaving shanghai int airport and it's been stuck at that status, is this normal? Tracking number is 😡 RH280046295CN

this is normal. it should have left China. tracking status will freeze at its last china location when it is outside of china because none will scan the parcel anymore. the freezing time will last for about 2 to 5 weeks until it finally arrives your country.

Yes it's been done of you go outside of country so they freeze your delivery. When you come back to that place delivery of product get started tracking.
