HELLO Could you please help me!!!i buy 2 products from different sellers like 15 days ago!

and they sent me ...in 9 days ago

and when i tracking in china post i get this

China Post has not received parcel# RH161613835CN??

China Post has not received parcel# RJ366651610CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows china post has not received the parcel. This means the seller never sent the parcel to Post Office. they are all fake.
