Hi guys,

Tracking system indicates Final delivery on 11th October in location 20023702. Focal price insists that I have already got the parcel. That's not true, still waiting for almost 2 month. Latvia Central post office sees shipment on road.

My question is what does location 20023702 means ? If 6 digits it could be Shanghai city code.

Will I get the paid item someday ?

RB74184295CN is a wrong number. correct format should be like RB123456789CN(nine number digits, not eight number digit)

Sorry, my mistake, already corrected topic title with right one RB741084295CN.

Dear friend, is there something to track additional to "delivered" which is untrue?

RB741084295CN failed delivery in Latvia. It was returned by Latvia Post to Beijing on Oct 7. The parcel was finally returned to shipper on Oct 11.
