this parcel number
RI333216864CN
claiming that the item is sent to my location when i checked it at the wrong location he sent it to
and it shows it was also collected by customer
and he refused my dispute
what should i do now i sent him again the photos of the tracking on this site and another
says it was shipped to SA instead of UAE
and wrote send it back to UAE or send me my money back
what should i do now ?

you should escalate the dispute.

Would you please check this item and confirm the distention is UAE OR SA for me please
Seller have sent me the china post information stickers off the package when you send them and the address was correct
But the website tracking shows destination SA

For RI333216864CN it was really to Saudi Arabia even in Saudi Arabia post website it was exist!
Right now what you can do is open dispute or extend the purchase protection for re-shipped.

yeah, if your seller still don't believe you ( give him evidence especially from SA post website) then ask for refund or reshipping.

i did all that on the message board between us
still he claims it is sent to UAE
i don't know how to show it to u here or at least u saw it ur self
now i'm telling him on chat what is the final solution before i escalate now

the pick up date on the SA's tracing website is 14/02/2015
and on the china post is 16/02/2015 in costume-control warehouse
he claim it is shipped to UAE from china as the last statues
now could this be a website mistake not his ??
need ur help before i escalate i neede to decide should i wait or what shall i do
