Hello,

I have this item comming to mexico with tracking number RG084559445CN, I tracked it and it says is already in mexico, last update was on January the 7th and nothing else since then,
Can you assist on this?

What can I do to get my product? :(

contact Mexico Post, they should know detail location of the parcel.
