Post Help Tracking items.....

I ordered led bulb from eBay last night,In the morning the seller shipped it and gave me this tracking number:
016025254209
When I go to the items shipping details it says the carrier is China Post,Some people told me that tracking information takes 1 day to appear,I checked this number with all the China post tracking number formats on your websites and it does not match it doesn't have any cn in the end, the seller location is Hong Kong and the shipping type is Economy Int'l Shipping....Please tell me should I open dispute against him??Is this fraud????

016025254209 is regular airmail which can not be tracked online. if you paid over 30 days and have not got the parcel, open dispute to ebay.
