I ordered something from China over a month ago, how do I find out when the goods will be with me? I need the goods before 10.02.15 and im worried that they won't be here in time :(

it should be delayed in beijing. if you can not get it by Feb 10, you should open dispute and claim refund.

My parcel hasn't moved since jan 12th, help RH119729505CN

RH119729505CN Please could someone track this as its suppose to arrive in the UK but hasn't moved since the 12th of January, it feels like it's not going to arrive

There's no guaranteed delivery with air mail. You have to use courier if you need it by a certain date.
