Post Help! My Parcel is Lost!

Recently I bought a pair of heels from a seller named Buyra and they're sending it through China Post. I thought ok, that's fine, I've had items sent from China before and internationally, I knew it would take a while, I wasn't alarmed because it said December 13 to January 3rd. It wasn't a big deal. However. Then I see this email from my buyer.

Anyone know where it is, because it's telling me there is no such item or no such parcel.
Carrier: China Post, Tracking #: LT423703431CN
is as far as I know, I tried checking on China Post but it just says wrong number or something. I want my shoes, or I want a refund!

1. The tracking number is a valid tracking number. This is what I get when I track your parcel:
Item is not found at this moment

2. Since I don't know how you paid for the article, you should open a dispute to get your money back. If the shipping company of the seller lost the parcel it's not your fault and you should not pay for that.

1. Just notice that your article is an Amazon number and possibly you are in USA because of the tracking number. These sites might help you out:
