Recently I bought a pair of heels from a seller named Buyra and they're sending it through China Post. I thought ok, that's fine, I've had items sent from China before and internationally, I knew it would take a while, I wasn't alarmed because it said December 13 to January 3rd. It wasn't a big deal. However. Then I see this email from my buyer.

is as far as I know, I tried checking on China Post but it just says wrong number or something. I want my shoes, or I want a refund!
