Hello i bought something for 40 $ on aliexpress and i checked on ems where was the shoes and i saw that : Handed over to customs and then : Helds by customs... What does it mean?

1. Exactly that, it did not pass the Customs check yet. Maybe it's an item in the list of China Post Forbidden Item List:

2. Pertaining to:
All items with copyright problem such as pirate CD/DVD, replica brands clothes,shoes and accessories etc.

3. You could contact seller and ask him to call China Post EMS about your parcel.

1. You need to contact seller as soon as possible so he can call China Post EMS about your parcel.

yes, But what means Held by customs? It's to the custom or it's taken by the customs ?

1. Customs has not clear the parcel yet. So it is held by Customs Office. Did not pass the Customs check.

2. Just contact seller to have him contact China Post Ems to clear the problem of your parcel.

My seller isn't there ... But what could he do? He can't change the customs ?
