Hi everyone. I bought an item on October 30 that has been sent to airline through China Post 9 days ago and I still get no update on its whereabouts. Is it lost? Or is it normal to take this long to leave China? Please help.

It actually left Shanghai for Portugal on 9 Nov. There won't be another update until the post office in Portugal (CTT) receives and scans it, which can take a long time this time of year because of the backlog of parcels around Christmas time. I'd expect the next update around the middle of December or so -- average shipping time for this kind of parcel is 3-4 weeks, and things are slower than normal at the moment.
