Hello

your help is much appreciated

I sent my mother some clothes. I used China post the tracking number is RR642380924CN I sent the items from Guangzhou to Washington, England, United Kingdom.

I sent the item on 20th January 2015 and when I check the tracking number on http://track-chinapost.com/ it says the final delivery was in HK on the 26th January 2015

Is the item still in transit or has it been delivered to somebody in HK.

I would very much like your help

the parcel destination is Hong Kong not UK. It was delivered by Hong Kong Post on Jan 26. i think the seller gave you a wrong tracking number which is not for you. Open dispute and claim refund asap.
