HI , i have ordered some items on aliexpress and the website says the seller have already ship, the traking NO is: RG147090324CN , but when i track for it this site says "no shipping record". what does it mean?

RL083876699CN and RH115461324CN and RJ396981549CN all say no shipping record are these fake as it has being ages and sellers wont answer message...
