ADMIN,I'm not still able to track my goods since monday.Could this tracking no:RB255638844CN be fake?

I ordered a tablet and its to be shipped thru HKpost.I got the tracking number on last friday but the seller said items with batteries have issues with customs dat I should wait 3 more days before tracking!is this true?
